On January 25th, the Kectil Colleagues (Cohort 12), a group of 110 emerging entrepreneurs, embarked on a 3-month journey with their inaugural training session. This marked the beginning of a transformative program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs in Zambia.
The program boasts an impressive roster of mentors, including Mr. Stephen Muraga, Co-founder and Executive Director of NyamukAfrica, Mr. cyrille njikeng, a distinguished Mindset and Social Entrepreneur, Madam Charity Chanda Lumpa, an Independent Consultant, Mentor, and former Board Chairman of Zanaco Plc, Mrs. Miriam von Borcke Matutu, a seasoned Transformational Leadership Coach and Hillary Mulenga, Talent Management Expert.
This mentorship-driven program fosters a dynamic and collaborative learning environment where participants can engage in insightful discussions, exchange innovative ideas, and build valuable professional networks with experienced industry leaders.
