Dr. Snowy Joyce Khoza is the Group CEO of Bigen Africa, an African infrastructure development company specializing in engineering, management consulting and development finance. Under Dr. Khoza’s leadership, Bigen is carrying out projects in Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Congo, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland. Before joining Bigen Africa, Dr. Khoza was the Group Executive at the Development Bank of Southern Africa. She was recognized in 2016 by Women4Africa as one of the top African women leaders in her sector. In 2015, Snowy was recognized by CEO Global as one of three South African Women Ambassadors for Most Influential Women in Africa and awarded the Top Performing Business Leader Award in South Africa during the 13th South African Business Awards. In 2014, she was recognized as one of the six South African women who received the Africa Lifetime Achievers Awards of Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business and Government in the infrastructure sector.
