How we accomplish the mission

The Kectil Framework embodies both goals of the African proverb: if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.

Leadership training

We facilitate innovative leadership training so high-potential youth can practice authentic leadership, good governance, and service.

A guided network

We provide a means for those youth to join a guided network of similarly talented and passionate peers in developing countries who will support, nurture, teach, and learn from each other as they mature.

“If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.”

The Kectil Code

Every participant is required to comply with the Kectil Code. The year covers authentic leadership, good governance, mental health, personal finance, entrepreneurship, and peace.
