A one-year leadership journey for youth ages 17–26. Since 2015, colleagues have studied authentic leadership, good governance, and how to serve their communities.

Community projects turn the curriculum into work neighbors can see — classrooms, markets, gardens, and local hubs.

After the program year, graduates continue on Kectil Alumni.

Practice accountability, civic responsibility, and the habits of fair public life.
Build the personal stamina and care that a year of leadership work requires.
Learn the practical money skills that keep a leader and a project standing.

The year closes with certificates and awards that mark the work colleagues completed together.
