The Kectil Program held a local meeting in Delhi, India on 14–15 November 2018, in conjunction with the World Intellectual Property Forum, where Founder Sherry Knowles was speaking. Colleagues sat in on forum presentations with hundreds of other attendees — a live classroom in innovation, entrepreneurship, and business. Knowles also had a few minutes to introduce the Kectil Program to the full room.
The second day was smaller: group discussions with Knowles and fellow colleagues about issues affecting youth in India and Nepal, and what might change them. There was time to talk about what mattered, to network, and to sit one-on-one with the founder.
That Delhi meeting is the 2018 India gathering. Later Indian gatherings — including conference stages in 2024 — continued the same work: meet, learn in public, then return to community projects.
