In 2024, The Malmar Knowles Family Foundation (MKFF) through The Kectil Program implemented an Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform to better communicate with talented youth leaders in developing countries in support of MKFF’s and the Kectil Program’s mission of educating, mentoring, and developing community youth leaders through foundational skill set training in management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and intellectual property! We partnered with Riafy  Technologies in Kochi, Kerala, India to create the platform. It has been a great success and demonstrates that youth leaders throughout the world love being part of the Kectil AI Youth Network and MKFF AI Youth Network! We are now in our second year of offering our “AI for Good” services to our Kectil Colleagues and friends and we are so pleased that Kectil is now at the forefront of using AI to build strong and well-informed AI Connected Youth Leaders!

Our avatar KAI (“Kectil AI”) is pleased to answer questions about The Kectil Program for our AI Connected Youth Leaders! This has been especially helpful during the Kectil Program’s application process in 2024 and 2025, where KAI is awake and available 24 hours a day to meet talented youth leaders in every time zone in the world! We are very pleased that KAI can now also speak in Spanish! Our Spanish-speaking Kectil Colleagues and friends have loved the ability to speak with KAI in their own language.
